There are two packaging methods in our company: sticker roll and sticker sheet. There is a previous article about sticker roll . Today we will introduce what is sticker sheet?

There is no difference in height between the printed and non printed parts, that is, they are flat. By using the principle of water and oil not mixing, the printed part maintains a layer of oil film rich in oil, while the non printed part can absorb appropriate moisture. Imagine that after the ink is printed on the board, the printed part will repel moisture and absorb the ink, while the non printed part will absorb moisture and form an anti ink effect. The method of printing using this method is called "flat printing".

After the development of early lithography, lithography has become the most widely used method in modern printing due to its unique characteristics in plate making and printing, as well as its extremely simple process and low cost. Therefore, it has been continuously researched and improved by experts.

Flat sheet printing is relative to roll printing, which is a single sheet printing machine. The main loss lies in the adjustment of the machine before formal production, that is, adjusting the rules to find ink color. Occasionally, there may be wear and tear during the printing process, such as running out of order, drying out, ink color, etc.
