1.PP、PE
Belonging to environmentally friendly materials, it can directly come into contact with cosmetics and food, and is the main material for packaging organic skincare products. The material is white in color and semi transparent. According to different molecular structures, three different degrees of softness and hardness can be achieved.
2.PET
Polyethylene terephthalate, also known as polyethylene terephthalate, is designated as material number one on the International Material Identification Number. Its main characteristics are high air tightness, good pressure resistance, high water resistance, and very transparent. Its transparency is as high as 95%, which is higher than the transparency of other commonly used plastic packaging containers. However, it is not heat-resistant and is commonly used as a packaging material for food, beverage bottles, and cosmetic bottles. PET material is recyclable and the main source of recycled materials.
3.PETG
PETG is an amorphous copolymer ester widely used in building decoration and materials. Its products are highly transparent, have excellent impact resistance, are not easily broken, and are easy to modify on the surface, meeting the US FDA's food contact standards. It can be applied in fields such as food and medical products. PETG board substrates are all environmentally friendly materials that meet the requirements of food contact management
Biodegradable stickers: These stickers are made of plant fibers or starch based materials, which can decompose in the natural environment and reduce long-term pollution to the environment. For example, bamboo fiber stickers are not only environmentally friendly, but also have good water absorption and breathability, suitable for various decorative needs.
Recyclable stickers: Stickers made from recyclable materials, such as recycled paper or plastic, can be recycled to reduce resource waste. When choosing this type of sticker, ensure that its recycling label is clear for easy post-processing.
Water based stickers: Water based stickers use water as a solvent instead of the organic solvents found in traditional solvent based stickers, reducing the emission of volatile organic compounds and making them more environmentally friendly.
Adhesive free stickers: This type of sticker is fixed on the surface through electrostatic adsorption or magnetic force, without the need for glue, avoiding the adhesive residue and pollution problems that traditional stickers may cause.
Natural fiber stickers: Stickers made from natural fibers such as hemp, cotton, etc. are not only environmentally friendly, but also have good texture and decorative effects. These materials consume less energy during the production process and can naturally degrade at the end of their service life.
