4.Sample Confirmation

5.Production printing
Production will be carried out according to approved samples, and with the help of our color management system, we can ensure label quality in different raw materials and production processes. We have various printing equipment, including flexographic printing machines, PS intermittent printing machines, satellite all wheel transfer printing brushes, screen printing machines, variable QR code printing machines, etc. We choose the appropriate printing equipment according to the production and printing requirements of labels.
6.Quality Inspection
We have a complete quality inspection system and have established a labeling laboratory equipped with multiple high-speed labeling machines. Ensure that the printed labels are free of stains, damage, and consistent with the sample.
7.Packaging and transportation
After completing the inspection, we will wrap the labels in plastic film and pack them in boxes to prevent moisture and dust, ensuring that the labels are not damaged during transportation. Depending on the usage method, it can be provided in roll or sheet form and then transported to the customer's designated address through logistics, express delivery, etc.
