Process Description：
Laminating involves applying a transparent plastic film onto the surface of a print through heat and pressure. The film, bonded with adhesive, combines with the paper to form a print that is protected and has enhanced gloss, extending its lifespan. The plastic film is usually classified into glossy and matte types.
Characteristics：
Products with a glossy film have a bright, strong visual impact and are often used for product prints.Products with a matte film do not reflect light, have an elegant appearance, and are typically used for image prints.
2.Hot Stamping
Process Description：
Hot stamping uses heat and pressure to transfer the aluminum layer from metallic foil onto the surface of the substrate, creating a special metallic effect. Since the main material used is metallic foil, hot stamping is also known as foil stamping.
Characteristics：
Hot stamping is a general term for the process, not just for gold color. Foil materials come in various colors, including gold, silver, holographic gold, holographic silver, black, red, green, etc.Hot stamped patterns are clear, beautiful, and vibrant.
3.Laser Embossing
Process Description：
Laser embossing involves coating the print surface with UV varnish, entering an embossing system, combining with a laser transfer film, and curing instantly under UV light.
Characteristics：
It gives prints an ultimate iridescent effect, displaying different colors and patterns from various angles, captivating customers’ attention.It has high resistance to ink erosion, moisture, and carbon dioxide, with strong anti-counterfeiting properties, and is aesthetically pleasing, eco-friendly.The holographic dynamic color-changing effect is not only stunning but also provides excellent moisture resistance.Widely used in high-end fashion brands, manual covers, cards, and packaging for beauty products, tobacco, and alcohol.
