There are various specifications for the diameter of the label core, including 25mm, 38.1mm, 76.2mm, as well as 1 inch, 1.5 inches, and 3 inches. These specifications of cores are mainly used to adapt to different models of printers and meet different printing needs.

The size of corn roll
A 25mm diameter core is commonly referred to as a small core and is suitable for small desktop printers or situations that require fewer labels.
A 38.1mm diameter core (approximately 1.5 inches) is a commonly used universal specification, suitable for most desktop bar code label printers.
The 76.2mm diameter core (approximately 3 inches) is suitable for industrial bar code label printers and can accommodate more labels, making it suitable for large-scale printing needs.
In addition, there are different classifications for carbon ribbon cores, including paper cores and plastic cores, which are respectively suitable for heat transfer carbon ribbons and TTO carbon ribbons. Large core carbon tape typically has a length of 300m and is suitable for uniaxial cores, while small core carbon tape is typically 70m, 90m, or 110m and is suitable for biaxial cores.
Choosing the appropriate diameter of the label core requires consideration of the printer's specifications, printing efficiency, and label usage effectiveness. Users should comprehensively consider factors such as inner diameter, outer diameter, and paper roll width based on their own needs and printer models to ensure the selection of the most suitable label core.
Common adhesive sizes include:
Standard sizes: such as 50mm x 70mm, 70mm x 100mm, 90mm x 54mm, 100mm x 140mm, etc. These sizes are suitable for most common labeling requirements. For example, a size of 50mm x 70mm is suitable for smaller product or item identification, while a size of 70mm x 100mm is more suitable for situations where more information needs to be displayed.
Special sizes: such as large 8-inch (285x420mm) and large 16 inch (210x285mm), as well as special material stickers that can achieve a minimum of 5 * 5mm, suitable for special needs.
