The steps of adhesive hot stamping process are as follows
1.Arrange design:

2.Plate making:
The designed pattern is made into a layout on a computer and output to a plate making machine for plate making.
3.Hot stamping:
Heat the hot stamping foil in a hot stamping machine to the appropriate temperature, press it onto the surface of the adhesive film, melt it, and bond it with the adhesive film.
4.Technical inspection:
Check whether the hot stamping foil is fully bonded with the adhesive film and has no cracks.
5.Binding:
Binding the hot stamping adhesive film onto the product that needs to be used.
The self-adhesive foil stamping process is divided into two types
*Cold ironing:
Using pressure and special glue to bond aluminum with the substrate, without the need for heating, the operation is economical and convenient, but the glossiness is not as good as hot ironing, and it started relatively late and has less application.
*Hot stamping:
Achieved through machines, electroplated aluminum, and hot stamping plates, requiring temperature, pressure, and speed control, suitable for large-scale, high-speed production, high glossiness, and suitable for the production of anti-counterfeiting labels.
