Polyolefin (a mixture of PP and PE)
After machine uniaxial stretching treatment, this material has high tensile strength and tear resistance, while maintaining low opacity. It has both good softness and stiffness, performs well during labeling, and has good resistance to compression after labeling.
Specially treated water transfer printing stickers
For application scenarios with higher scratch resistance requirements, water transfer printing stickers printed with special scratch resistant materials can be used. After applying these stickers to the product, there is no need to spray additional varnish or perform other surface treatments. Simply bake them in an oven at 50-120 degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes to achieve scratch resistance.
Other additional protective measures
In addition to selecting suitable substrates, the waterproof performance of the label can also be enhanced by coating or other forms of coating treatment on the surface of the label. For example, using UV coating or laminated film can further enhance the waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and scratch resistant capabilities of the label.
